The Rooms All units are individually equipped with valuable, antique furniture, Air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar/fridge, energy saver, safe deposit box, hairdryer, central heating (for winter occupation), and a balcony or terrace with a stunning view from each unit. The garden is abundantly covered with all kinds of vegetation, ranging from flowers of all colors to palm trees, to fruit and vegetable gardens, and offers a breathtaking view. The dimensions of the swimming pool are 19 x 8.5 meters. The pool gardens include a full bar and a large stone barbecue pit. The facility also includes a subterranean two-room wine cellar, a w-lan, a brick oven for baking bread, pizza, and such, a full, restaurant style gourmet kitchen, as well as a smaller, professional kitchen. The infrastructure consists of 700 meters of paved roads, retaining walls made of natural stone, an artesian well with a depth of 130 meters (with a capacity of about 60 tons a day), a 250 cubic meter water storage tank with three large pumps, a biologically operating sewage treatment plant (capable of accommodating up to 110 guests), three additional large pumps for the usage of recycled water for irrigation purposes in the gardens, a 250 Kdv current transformer, as well as a 250 Kdv diesel generator in a sound-proof construction. The technical facilities are located in a remote area about 200 meters from the main complex. Currently this Hotel is open from mid April to mid October. The hotel has recieved above average ratings. In 2004 roughly 60% of the hotel’s guest had already stayed there on more than one occasion.
